BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

Here at Skin Deep I like to take care of my customers, doing all I can to ensure you have a great experience.

This starts with a free consultation, to tailor which  treatment best meets your needs, before booking your session.

 
As mine is a small independent business, I require a non-refundable £10 holding deposit to book your
treatment. 

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment and you do so with more than 48 hours' 

notice,  you  can  reschedule,  carrying  your  original  deposit  to  the  new  appointment.

 

PAYMENTS

I understand that today's world is beginning to transfer into a cashless one, but many people still

prefer real money. Don't worry, at Skin Deep I'm happy to accept both cash and card payments. 

FORMALITIES

For insurance purposes, before the treatment I will need you to complete a short form 

providing your name, contact details, massage type, medical history, and an emergency contact.

INSURANCE

I am DBS cleared (Enhanced checks last renewed 23/01/2023) and I have full business insurance cover.
